I love this App! I travel a lot and I dont always have my laptop at hand to watch a bunch of downloaded training videos. The video quality on my iPhone 6 Plus is excellent and I particularly like the ability to increase/decrease the playback speed. I find this a very useful feature when reviewing a video for educational purpose. Keep up the good works!
Only sound, no movie on the TV when use Apple TV. Please fix it. Thanks.
AVPlayer by far is the app with the most features. And the best one of all is how efficient the code is - the battery life drain is much less compared with other movie players.
Hope that more frequent updates
Every time I try to access dlna servers it crashes the app
The most reliable app I ever downloaded, and the most versatile. I got this app in early 2012, and for an audio/videophile, its the most useful app ever made. Any format, any size, any resolution, and an excellent file system to boot. This thing plays stuff that my computer cant handle. Now it even plays your movies from its own cloud. Dont listen to the spoiled brats who expect everything new to work flawlessly. I got what I paid for and a ton extra.
Please support KOREAN subtitle as well. Except that I really satisfied with this player.
only avplayer
Really sad free apps even have better features. Even free VLC supports more functions and airdrop why cant this player? -Need airdrop -"open in" or share -picture in picture -split screen -touch ID Unless these are supported, this app can never beat other players
DTS 5.1 is not working
No more words needed
A versatile player this, AVPlayer manages to play just about every file format I throw at it with ease. Not all audio codecs are supported but thats a minor niggle in an otherwise great app. One thing of note is that he Audio quality is among the best Ive heard from a third party player on the iPhone.
Using my Western digital cloud I tried using the wifi dlna server to access my videos, and avplayer will always play the last file. Even when downloading the file, it wont work. The proper file name is displayed but wrong file. Unless you use a different app to retrieve your videos and then transfer to the player essentially copying the file twice just to view it. Really cumbersome to work with, especially for presentations.
I bought both av player and av player hd for my iPhone and iPad, but it seems they should be more frequently updated. Last time I tried to play a mpg or avi file the sound didnt work for no reason. It used to be one of the most versatile apps, hope it can keep up the reputation.
It is a great app to watch any movie in almost any format. the last version turns into a black screen and you cant do anything. The new design is confusing and doesnt work. It gets more more buggier. Sometimes it resumes sometimes it doesnt. Sometime it shows if the movie was watched or partly watched, sometimes it doesnt show at at all. Before the new design it used to work perfectly. Needs more work now.
I got this app again way back when it started, had to buy it again because Im on a different country now. Im using cable output so It is an essential app for me.
They removed Dts support without waning, dont waste money for it
I was a longtime moliplayer user but the audio and video on moli would never sync right and you couldnt change it. This app has a perfect sync and you also have an option to adjust if needed. The only video player app you will need.
Most of the people out there dont use their phones to work. I carried out tons of knowledge on my phone, not only videos but also audio and I have a chance I use my on video library. Im impressed how this app manage pretty much all video and audio formats.
